The brokerage market is very busy with most people looking for the family cruiser/racer. Instead of heading overseas for a holiday why not treat the family with a crusie on your own boat. If you wake up in the morning and do not like the view you can simply pick up the anchor a head somewhere else. Pittwater offers some fantastic cruising grounds.
